Thanks, and no it isn't. It's based off the Houston Police Department however it looks very similar to the MTA Police.

Strange. Its actually very identical to the MTA. Can't really tell the difference at first glance.

From a distance they look almost identical but up close you can see the differences.

Also the NY courts police paintjob is similar.

Lol even lightbars look similar. I guessed it MTA because you were using the model with those hubcaps. It added to the "MTA look" since I guess they, not HPD, use them hubcaps.
