Fort Zancudo Military Police is Coming to LSPDFR!

A few months ago I came across this thread from TR71777, asking about a Fort Zancudo Military Police Mod for LSPDFR. I was intrigued by the idea, Fort Zancudo is a very large part of the map that really hasn't got much attention for LSPDFR aside from a few vehicle liveries.

I wanted to start working on this mod a while ago, but didn't have time until about a week ago. I've now started working on the mod, here is what I have so far:

Feautures

• Fort Zancudo Police Station with Jail Drop, and Garage
• Multiple Military Police Outfits which are also EUP compatible
• Local, SWAT, and Air Patrol Units Specifically for the area in and immediately surrounding Fort Zancudo
• Support for UltimateBackup is in the works
• Considering Adding Military Police Vehicles via LML, however it is difficult to obtain permission to use vehicles via LML from their creators. I will try to add this, however the user may have to install Military Police liveries themselves, depending on what happens.
• Considering a Menu to Receive only Fort Zancudo Callouts and enable/disable other settings . This would function similar to the main menu in Coastal Callouts. I am on the fence because I've never made one of these before, and it would be nice to still receive some normal ambient LSPDFR callouts in Fort Zancudo - some of them are realistic and will spawn military peds, such as stolen vehicles, assault, public disturbances, etc. Am taking your feedback regarding this feature.

Callouts

These are the Callouts I've either finished or am currently making:

• Military Base Trespassing (Finished) - Suspect is attempting to breach the perimeter fence and enter the military base. Locate and arrest them. 
• Stolen Military Vehicle (Finished) - Suspect has stolen a military vehicle. Pursuit Initiates.
• Ambush on Military Convoy (Almost Finished) - Multiple Vehicles have Ambushed a Military Convoy, similar to one of the missions in the GTAV Story Mode. They are Heavily Armed, Neutralize Them.
• Stolen Valor (Almost Finished) - Suspect Claims to be an Active Member of the Military with no Proof. Investigate the Situation.
• Shooting (Just Started) - Suspect has assaulted multiple victims with a firearm.

These are some Ideas for Callouts I've Gotten that I am Considering:

• Hostage Situation - A high-ranking Officer has been taken hostage in the control tower.
• Trespassing (On Base) - Similar to the other Trespassing Callout except the suspect has made it into the base.
• Helicopter Crash - A Helicopter has Crashed, You are the first on the scene.

I am Currently Taking Ideas for Callouts - I'm Sure you Guys will have Better Ideas for Me! Any Recommendations for this mod are also Welcome!

I will also want as many people to test the mod before it is done - that is another reason to join the Discord, so you can do Beta testing and play before the mod officially comes out!

When Will this be Done?

I aim to complete as much of this mod as I can before School Starts for me on September 14, 2020. It will be much more difficult for me to develop while I have schoolwork to do. However, since I will definitely find more features I want to add as I go along, and I have to do a lot of testing, it is almost certainly not going to be complete before then. Join my Discord for Development Updates, but I aim for completion by the end of September/Early October. This is simply a goal, not a promise, I will have lots of other things to do as well.

This sounds amazing! Since you did the convoy attack, what about being part of the convoy as an escort mission like escorting a high ranking official or valuable cargo?

That's a really cool idea! It may be a bit harder to make but I'm definitely up for it. Thanks for the suggestion!!

AWOL soldier, some sort of manhunt callout would be nice to see, whether it be on-base or off base. Maybe a low ranking soldier disrespecting a high ranking soldier or a fight between the two, I don't know.  Love the idea. I'd like to see the opportunity to enforce military-law

Maybe something along the lines of 'Stolen Weapons from the armory' and the player would have to track down the thief while he's still in the base.

I've started working on a similar call where the player has to track down a vehicle suspected of stealing weapons outside of the base. However that's a really cool idea of having it inside the base, so I'll definitely give that a go. Thanks!

One more suggestion have is a pursuit that has a driving shootout. In LSPDFR armed suspect chases, the suspects used to shoot whist driving. Now they don't for some reason which I find really boring. Maybe there's a way you could bring that back?

Thanks for the ideas! Protesters sounds like an interesting one, and I know there are some campers/hikers in the area, so it would be cool to help others as an MP, not just military members in the base.

I think if Zancudo was a real base, I think the surrounding properties would also likely be in jurisdiction given the flight path off the runways, so I think any of the short surrounding property, so those hikers could be "camping" on federal land and still require assistance from the primary agency which would be the MP's.

Could also be included in that would be a boat patrol unit that takes some "coastal callouts"

I just started "Military Mondays" so some badass callouts would be sweet! Would love to feature them!

-Gate Callout (inspections, passing checkpoint, Homeland Security threat [i.e. weighted down vehicle, suspicious activity, fake id/stolen id, sneaking someone on in the trunk or backseat])

-Assaults which usually include groups, especially 1 branch or unit VS another. ie Marines vs AF, Army vs Navy, etc. 

-Theft of Gov't property

-Mental Health callouts (PTSD, Alcohol or Drugs, Domestic violence)

-Theft from Barracks or "Stores"

-Tough but a common one, Suicide or Murder/Suicide. 22 a day. 

-Med callouts (Injuries; ex. vehicle falls on mechanic, gun range incident, illness,)

-Fence Jump/cut, break in. 

-Protests, riots, or suspicious activity outside the gates [ie people taking pictures or placing objects down]. (Think tower defense strategy). 

-Ton of stuff with K9 from traffic, on foot, and inside buildings.

-Missing or AWOL soldier

-Ton of traffic

-Rare aircraft mayday or crash. (SR operation)
