Help with playing online

Featured Replies

Hi there,

I had a quick question and all help would be appreciated. I would like to play online again but my directory is modded to a high extent. Is there a way I can copy this directory and get a brand new vanilla directory?

Thanks for your help :0

You'd need two separate folder, but they both have to be in the same location.

The one you want to play has to have the original game folders name; Grand Theft Auto V.

I've never had an issue going on GTA Online with LSPDFR + RPH installed.

If you're using a mods folder, and haven't otherwise modified the game archives, you should be okay provided;

If you have Scripthook V or OpenIV mods installed, you'll want to rename dinput8.dll to prevent it from loading into the game.

If you have LML installed, you'll want to rename version.dll to prevent it from loading into the game.

If you have RPH installed, RPH doesn't load into the game unless you explicitly launch the game via RAGEPluginHook.exe.

Yes I understand but if I don't have a vanilla directory just a modded one how can I get one?

By reinstalling the title (or removing the mods).
