I don't know whether it is LSPDFR or GTA V itself but when i downloaded LSPDFR the cop cars, when controlled by AI would stutter forwards then stop then move forwards then stop when trying to get somewhere. Does anyone know why this is happening or even better a fix?

This happens to all police ai cars.
