Hey so i reinstalled the game and all Pugins and ELS cars.

 

My problem is that i cant report crimes (Street Races from Traffic Policer etc.).. I changed the Key.ini but it does nothing. Furthermore i cant pullover cars (and i konw i have to use the sprint button, but i use a controller and it does not work on it either A/X on Ps4)

 

The strange thing is that all of this only happens when i start the game and my Character spawns in the Appartment, to be more specific: when i have to go on duty by myself or use the command "force duty"...

 

Included the RagePluginHook.log anyway but dont see a problem there but i could be wrong 😉

Does the els car include a vehicles.meta?

if yes, open it and search the name of the vehicle (ctrl+f)

go to <Flags> and in that line, find FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE   if it's not there, paste it in the <Flags> line.

 

should look like this,  TEST_IGNORE_THIS_FLAG FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE</Flags>

make sure there is a space between the flags

I replaced the files

Police has this line:

<flags>FLAG_HAS_LIVERIES FLAG_IS_BULKY FLAG_ATTACH_TRAILER_ON_HIGHWAY FLAG_ATTACH_TRAILER_IN_CITY FLAG_HAS_INTERIOR_EXTRAS FLAG_IS_LAW_ENFORCEMENT</flags>

Police2 and all the other ones also got this one:

<flags>FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN FLAG_IS_OFFROAD_VEHICLE FLAG_HAS_INTERIOR_EXTRAS FLAG_HAS_LIVERY</flags>

 

So i dont see the problem here...

 

(had to change the .meta to .txt orelse i could not upload it here otherwise)

 

Edit: I removed the ELS Cars and still have the same Problem... so the Problem has to be anywhere else 😞

it's missing FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE 

Don't forget both vehicles.

If that doesn't work:

check your keys.ini in grand theft auto V > lspdfr and find the line

TRAFFICSTOP_START_Key=

should be:

TRAFFICSTOP_START_Key=LShiftKey

Also, you can not (ever) replace the vehicles.meta. Only edit the slots.

And if it's an add-on, you need a custom carvariations.meta.

check your keys.ini in grand theft auto V > lspdfr and find the line

TRAFFICSTOP_START_Key=

added FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE where it was missing, still the same problem.

The key bindings are the same as usual i dod not change anything except the Backup Button, since im using Ultimate Backup.

Never replaced it. And those ELS models are replacements

 

I thought this problem only occurs if i spawn in my appartment and i have to go on duty manually but when i spawned as a cop on duty i could not perform arrests by holing down E (at Gunpoint).

 

So i used StopThePed . After the callout i could not pull over any cars and initiate any pursuits...

 

SO i might have to reinstall the mods and LSPDFR, is there an easy way to do it? Last time i deinstalled the game and downloaded it agin but my internet speed isn't the best one so it took quite some time... Any suggestions?

Did you even go on duty after loading LSPDFR?

For the arrest at gunpoint you need to double tap "E" the suspect should go on their knees instead of on their belly.(knees=STP)

I know  a 100% that would be a fix for the gunpoint issue.

btw, download StopThePed's new update, just replace the .ini and .dll(some new bug fixes)

 

If after that, can you send me your keys.ini (just put it in a .txt) maybe i can see the issue from there.(i have some fixes in mind)

and never uninstall gta 5 for mod related issues, only if you messed with the update and x64 in root(not mods)
