To get RPH working, you'll first have to start GTA V into Story Mode. Then tab out of the game and run RAGEPluginHook.exe.
RPH will detect the game is already running, bypassing the launcher mechanism, and will hook into the game whilst it's running
Please note that you'll have to finish the game's opening prologue before LSPDFR will correctly run.
Other modifications that depend upon Scripthook V won't work. Please note that LSPDFR does not depend upon or use Scripthook V. We also don't have any news or updates on when this might be compatible, as it's not a project that's related to us."
I personally bought the game on steam eventhough it was free on epic. It is easier in alot of ways
