So I have tried to install mods into LSPDFR and they are appearing correctly with the exception of the ELS systems. I have ELS installed, however I only get the rear backup lights to work. Is there something additional I need to do? Below is where I am putting my mods.

try installing scripthookv and scripthookvdotnet, this is required for ELS. put it in you Grand Theft Auto V folder.

also make sure the .xml file from the car is in the pack_default folder and make sure it's not another car that uses that car name.(you might have thought you already put it in there)

That did let me get more progress.....the light will reflect off the walls and off of the cars I attempt to pull over. However the lights will not appear on the cars themselves. You mention scripthookvdotnet. I cannot seem to find that. The script hooks I have are in the image below.image.png.3545ba298df5e89b6d3cf4cd5393ce6e.png

First of, .bak files do not belong in the vehicles.rpf. Take them out.

Did you install the .xmls into GTAV/ELS/Pack_default?

yep, I uninstalled and reinstalled and I installed them from scratch, the cars now will show up, however I don't see the lights on the car itself, however I will see it on the one that I am pulling over
