yep, I uninstalled and reinstalled and I installed them from scratch, the cars now will show up, however I don't see the lights on the car itself, however I will see it on the one that I am pulling over

That did let me get more progress.....the light will reflect off the walls and off of the cars I attempt to pull over. However the lights will not appear on the cars themselves. You mention scripthookvdotnet. I cannot seem to find that. The script hooks I have are in the image below.

So I have tried to install mods into LSPDFR and they are appearing correctly with the exception of the ELS systems. I have ELS installed, however I only get the rear backup lights to work. Is there something additional I need to do? Below is where I am putting my mods.
