Sorry in advance if its a simple problem and I just don't get it.

 

I downloaded ELS and installed it according to the instructions ( Or so i thought). I have watched numerous videos on how to install it. I have installed and re-installed the whole GTA game (STEAM)  3x and the els/lspdfr 3x.

Everything looks good and then nothing.  The lights just remain on (as noted in the pics). ELS does not work. no panel. When I press E, lights don't activate, only tail lights flash. Ctrl P pauses the game. LOOK, I AM JUST HAPPY THAT LSPDFR LOADS!! THAT TOOK DAYS BY ITSELF. I AM STUMPED. So after 8 days of off and on trying, I am pleading for the help of the Gurus of LSPDFR. I have attached the screenshots I thought one would need to see.

What are the ELS vehicle names you put in?

Why isnt there any .xml's in your GTAV/ELS/pack_default folder for each vehicle? They should be in the download

Hey how can I get the ELS Lights brighter? And how to get the siren to stay on when I activate the lights. Also did you see anything in my GTA stuff that I should avoid or should try and get?

First try RadianceV for the lights.  Most vehicles in els are setup in 3 stages.  Hit the lights 3 times then you can activate the siren while being in stage 3 lighting.

If I wanted to add more callouts besides the robbery and pursuit on LSPDFR, How would I do that??

P.S. Radiance worked great

Simply download a callout and place it inside the „plugins“ folder. Youll always have a .txt file in the download that explains where to put stuff
