Add-On Vehicles texture loss

I downloaded around 15-20 cars for my game from different sources. I can load the vehicles in the game but whenever i do that %90 of the time it spawns with no texture/ corrupted texture. I have Limit adjusters installed (Packfile limit adjuster, HeapAdjuster, WeaponLimitAdjuster, ResourceAdjuster) and any other file thats required to run the mods.

I once had 60+ cars installed running with no problems, I dont think its the limit or etc. Other forum topics said that game should be run with DirectX11, i am already on DX11.
