    1. Open up OpenIV (select GTA5, all of that)
    2. When you open it up, there should be a green bar at the top asking if you want to copy the newest update.rpf to the mod folder (it's asking you to do this since the last update rendered the old update.rpf outdated)
    3. Select "copy the newest update.rpf to the mods folder"

    That's it, LSPDFR/RPH should work! However, like I said, anything you modified in the update.rpf folder will have to be re-installed. This includes any graphical mods, any .meta edits, etc.
