2nd time dying - no respawn. Again just laying on ground while life goes on it the background.

Did you install any mods that gives you the "realistic dying" effect? Meaning you won't respawn unless EMS revive you. 

 

Did your game completely freeze after got wasted?

Not that I am aware of- how can I check?

Not completely - I could still use menus B and M and when I requested EMS backup they showed up but did not come near me...

I used ctrl alt delete to end the game.

When I press F4 nothing happens...

That should be the RagePluginHook console. Did you rebind it?

Also regarding that not respawning issue, were you able to respawn in regular GTA V? Do you have any other mods/plugins installed other than LSPDFR?

I cannot find a file called RPH.ini amongst the files I downloaded from RPH

 

Also, this is a clean copy of GTA5, never used for anything thing else and used solely for the purpose of LSPDFR.

I only have LSPDFR & Rageplug Hook.

It would be RagePluginHook.ini and right below the RagePluginHook.exe file.

Thanks, I can see RagePluginHook (configuration) and RagePlugInHook (text document)

Also, will probably be a while before I can play again, GTA is downloading an update so far 23.51gb/88.88gb @ 1.00MB/sec (19 hours remaining) 😫

Ok, so GTA finished update late last night!!

However,  RagePlugInHook now continually says "ERROR: Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus. 

 

I have restarted computer, always run as administrator when using Rage and allowed Rage on my firewall. 

 

I managed to log in before update but now seems I cannot log in....

 

Any suggestions please?

What's the name and path of your GTA V folder? It has to be in the original installation location & you can not rename it.

If you didn't rename or move the folder, see what Antivirus you have. The Firewall doesn't matter. 

If you have Norton or Mcafee, remove it. 

 

Then, are you using GeForce Overlay (Geforce Experience) or RivaTuner (MSI Afterburner)?
If so, disable the Overlay and delete Rivatuner.

I have McAfee antivirus, which I turned off (along with Firewall) and tried to run RPH, but same error message.

 

I do not know what GeForce Overlay or RivaTurner are, but I searched my computer and I do not appear to have these.

Wrong path

McAfee turned off is not really turned off. I recommend removing it. If you paid for it (for some reason), you probably have to wait it out.

 

Do you have GeForce Experience though? Because GeForce Overlay is only a part of it and won't come up seperate. 

What anti-virus would you recommend then? I was able to log into lspdfr once before?

 

Nothing came up when I typed GeForce, but will check again for GeForce Experience. 

Just checked, I do not have GeForce Experience. 

Tried to log in, didnt work but said it was generating a crash report.

Where will this file be located and I could forward to you to check for me?
