The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ok second try, launcher comes up and says play. Does not launch rage

    If you mean that you made a second copy of the game. You have to make sure the the one you want to play is named "Grand Theft Auto V" this way it will be recognized as the real game directory

    Ok so ultimately I need to reinstal the game to another directory via the game installation
