I got GTA IV today and when I insaled the mod this happen. It said the mod download "Failed"

I ran as adminstrator. I also uninstaled GTA 4 a couple of times -_- And here's what I notice. The first time I tried to instal it. It said some error can not download. And now I can't play GTA 4 with the mod. Please help!

sixadam both. The mod failed and now I can't play GTA 4. Is there a video that someone can send me? Because I uninstaled it last night and now I can't play GTA 4 -_-

Also when I run as adminstrator. It says "Grand Theif Auto IV has stopped working"

And sixdomoth the mod is successful now. Sorry I'm tryping really fast because I REALLY want to play LCPDFR so I'm sorry

Here's a another error message "Exception EFcreater module DSOUND.dll at 000116C5. Cannot create file "(To GTA 4 FILE SINCE IT'S TOO LONG TO WRITE) Access denied
