Keep Getting Ambient Car Chases

Featured Replies

I keep getting ambient car chases or armoured truck chases when im on patrol. It happens literally every 2mins. How do I stop this.

The reage log file says LSPDFR creating new chase before the chase happens. It happens way to freaquently and unrealistically. Its onlt been happening after I updated from 4.5 to 4.7.

Ice already disabled EscapeSuspectEncounter.

Thanks in advance.

Add this to lspdfr.ini located in GTAV/LSPDFR:

WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier = 0

New Information after retesting the game.

Same problem here after updating. I set interval multiplier and max number of events to 0 but still happening. Either this is on LSPDFR's end or there's a conflicting file somewhere. Already reinstalled the game and removed callout plugins.

I think I figured it out. From what I understand this is a feature of the 0.4.7 update that allows you to encounter suspects who escaped previously from you. Why there's so many blips I'm not sure (I don't let that many people get away lol).

If you want to change the amount of time between each encounter, COPY & PASTE this line to your lspdfr.ini folder:

Ambient.EscapedSuspectEncounterInterval = enter milliseconds here

To disable the feature completely, COPY & PASTE this line to your lspdfr.ini folder: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

Do you have both options in the .ini or just the disable line? Remove the interval line completely if you haven't. If this doesn't work then try downloading lspdfr from the site and just replace lspdfr.ini again. Then add the disable line alone. (make sure disable is set to true, not false as some people stated earlier on here).
