The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    I've come to the determination that almost everyone in GTA is a criminal to some degree the cops the tow drivers even the coroner have tripped my ALPR. Last night a fire crew ran over my back up and my partner and 95% of all traffic stops end in DUI or Narcotics arrests.
