  1. My best guess is because you are still considered a new member with not much content associated with your account, as for the reason why they do this is probably to avoid spam uploads. As you may notice, it looks like you are set in the "Members (New)" user group. This may have some limitations until your account 'matures' more. If a staff member sees this thread, I'm sure maybe they can explain more in detail on how this works. However, from my knowledge, the more active you are (total content, days registered), the fewer limitations you'll have.
  2. Hi there, do you mind rephrasing your question? Are you having an issue with LSPDFR or GTAV itself?
  3. Hey there! Not sure what exact mod you are referring to but I would probably recommend messaging the developer and ask if they plan on updating to the latest version of LSPDFR. My guess though is that if it hasn't been updated since 2017 then maybe the developer is no longer activity working on it. Doesn't hurt to ask though 😉
  4. In terms of the processor and RAM yes you do meet the minimum requirements. Here is a screenshot of what steam has under "System Requirements" https://prnt.sc/si7lrq. Do you know what type of graphics card you have? If it's a laptop it probably has an integrated graphics card. When it comes to running GTA you definitely need something above "minimum" if you want to enjoy the game to the fullest.
  5. Did this start recently or has your home network always had an issue with connecting to the site? Is there an error message that the site tells you? Also do you use a VPN? If you are using a VPN do know that many online communities block IPs associated to VPNs for security reasons. If you where banned then there should be a message telling you that you are not allowed to access the community, however that may not be the case for you.
  6. Do you mind sharing the specs of the laptop? You can find your specs by going to Windows Button (bottom left) > Settings > System > About.
  7. Is this something that just recently occurred for you? The reason I ask is that from my experience, that is by default, when it comes to IPBoards (site software). It is purposely designed for it to be transparent by default unless the forum admin modifies the back-end.
  8. I'm sure by looking around in the FiveM browser you can find some great servers out there (not limited to FivePD but also many other types of FiveM gamemodes). I would probably be careful asking publicly regarding what FivePD servers to join or in-general any community owned fivem servers as that may be deemed as advertising. Take care, Ray
  9. Hello! Rockstargames released a new update to GTAV causing Scripthook not to work correctly. Looks like Ragehook/LSPDFR are working fine execpt for scripthook. I'd say keep an eye out for an update for scripthook soon (unknown when at the moment) Stay safe, Ray
  10. That is truly amazing 😆 Better call the sergeant 👌
  11. Hopefully I am not the only one here that misses the old Teamspeak days... Don't get me wrong; I like Discord, but it has a different feel from Teamspeak. What do you guys think about the Teamspeak 5 announcement? Do you believe Teamspeak still has a chance to compete with Discord? If so what do you think Teamspeak can do differently? I was able to find some of the beta screenshots of Teamspeak 5 and seems to have a bit of a "Discord" like feel. Teamspeak 5 Screenshots (still in an early stage)
  12. Great episode that was 😄
  13. Hi, There should be a crash log in your GTAV directory associated to RageHook (it's a .txt file). If possible, please upload that as an attachment that way I (or anyone else) can take a look at the crash report. Just out of curiosity, are you launching GTAV and then launching RageHook once the game loads or are you just launching RageHook right off the bat?
  14. Hello! You can use the command line within RageHook (f4 by default) to give yourself any weapon within the game; in this case, you need the fire extinguisher. The command would be "GiveWeapon WEAPON_FIREEXTINGUISHER" (screenshot). You may also download a simple trainer (like this one) if you feel like the command line is difficult to understand, also the simple trainers have some pretty cool features within them. Hope this answers your question 🙂 Ray
  15. This. I will never forget how durable my old flip phone from way back in the day was. That phone survived so many drops and abusement haha. I feel like modern phones nowadays are designed to break every 5 seconds 😄
  16. Of course, anytime! Hope all goes well 👍
  17. You may want to keep all graphical settings to the lowest/normal to run the game well. You may also want to lower your resolution a bit if needed. For the most part you are using a integrated graphics card (built into the CPU rather than a dedicated one) so you may face some challenges. If possible look into upgrading your graphics card in the near future 😉
  18. Thanks, Not too bad, I think you might of forgotten to include your graphic card information (pretty sure that processor has an integrated GPU) but nonetheless you may be below the recommended specs for GTAV. If possible check to see if your PC has a dedicated graphics card 👍
  19. Same here haha, I never understood the logic of having a huge display for a smart phone... but hey that's just me haha. To be honest I'm a believer that history tends to repeat itself, what I mean by that is I can imagine a new trend for smart phones in the future where they try to bring back smaller phones/displays. I guess only time will tell tbh
  20. That's a great point actually. Never thought about that haha. They better have a good Quality Assurance team 😂
  21. No worries, I also don't have the best internet either haha, so I feel the pain too xD In regards to graphics, it really all comes down to the specs of your PC. If you are new to PC gaming, one of the most talked-about hardware components in a gaming PC is the GPU (aka the Graphics Card). The better the graphics card you have, the better the game will run (graphics wise). There are many websites out there that will scan your system to tell if GTAV (or any other game chosen) meets the requirements to run with your system. Below I have copied straight from Rockstar Games' website the minimum requirements to run GTAV. Do note that it is recommended to have more than the minimum requirements to run a stable game. If you want to post your PC specs I will be more than glad to tell you whether or not your system meets the minimum/recommended requirements. You can find your internal PC specs by going to: Settings - http://prntscr.com/q12l41 System - http://prntscr.com/q12laa About - http://prntscr.com/q12lq0 Ray
  22. Since you reverted to a clean copy of GTA V, are you still having the same issues? When possible, can you try to grab the crash log file, which is generated in the GTA V directory? That may potentially help narrow down the problem. As I stated above, I used to do the same thing you do where I would download a crap ton of mods and install them all at the same time. I don't recommend that approach because if something stops working or if your game suddenly starts crashing right away, it will be hard to tell what is causing the issue. By installing new mods in increments of 1-2 at a time, if something goes wrong, you can use the process of elimination 😉 In regards to your second question about graphics, are you asking about editing your graphic settings or trying to install a graphics mod?
  23. That's funny 😆 I do agree with you on the price of the unit, $1,500 for a flip phone is kinda ridiculous. Nonetheless I just find it funny how they are trying to bring it back with a modern approach to it.
