1. Clean out inactive accounts. There are several ones taking up usernames. 
2. Allow any member, regardless of number of posts, have the ability to change the member title.

We're definitely at the size that we do need to consider some recycling policy for old usernames. It's something that we're seriously considering and will need to make adaptions to our software to enable.

 

I'm not entirely sure about loosening the title restriction though, I think it's a good thing to reward people for their contributions with small features like this. But we will review internally.

I will say I prefer the custom title to be restricted to people after a certain number of posts. It encourages activity and is a fun little thing to have once you have achieved said amount.
