The ability to cuff a dead body. If you ever have seen police in real life or on TV, one thing is certain. They always cuff people to secure them, dead as alive. This addition would increase the realism LSPDFR brings while still not changing anything drastic and possibly upset other users.

    So..
To start things of, The suspect encounter event is often the same dude, in the same car. I even encountered suspects when I have never lost any to pursuits. Sure, some other cops might have engaged and lost him, I'll buy that, but the fact that the same dude in the same car appears is just boring. Add more options.

Regarding pursuits it'd be more interesting if supercars/motorcycles would actually speed up. I've no problem catching up in a riot even to bikes. Would also be interesting to mimic real life situations where you have a bike, that see you and try to run away but might as well pull over once you caught up to it.

Thought about implementing a new feature; have other units respond to the same calls as you. Sometimes you get there first and see them roll up, or it's the other way around.

Ever thought of implementing like a crime status for each area? Which will manage how many "random/caught in the act" events we'll receive?
