Most of the cars they use are from Captain14's ELS styled (not ELS) pack.  Any other vehicles they use, to my knowledge aren't listed anywhere.  Your best bet is to head over to the DOJ forums and see if it's listed anywhere.

    some of the cars they use are made by Redneck The old sheriff pack and PD pack were custom made for the community. All of the skins they use are custom made by DJCave. Only the New cars are posted but you do have to buy them and are pretty damn expensive
