I couldn't wait for a CHP skin come out for this model so I went ahead and gave my first skin a try. I did not do much: touch of black to the rear doors and pasted CHP markings but I am sure there is room for improvement so please do judge!
This skin was for my personal use but LSPDFR and the community have given me so much that in return I thought I would contribute with this skin as there are no CHP versions out there yet for this model and some of you may enjoy it until a better one comes out.

What's New in Version 1.01

Released

1. Re-sized the rear end Highway Patrol marking of the black & white CHP texture 

2. Included CHP all white texture (beta)

Bugs:

Hood: hood does not match the white of the rest of the car

Front grill: The grill (which should be the same color of the car (white) is black as it is a separate texture. I was able to locate that texture for the grill and change the color to white but unfortunately that texture is also used for other parts of the car (such as the windshield frame)

I am working on trying to resolve this issues but as I am really new to this it may take me a while, so if anyone wants to pipe in that would be great.

So I tried making an all white CHP version but there are a couple of problems: I can't get the hood to match the white of the rest of the car + the grill (which should be the same colour of the car (white) is black as it is a separate texture. All in all it looks weird and not good enough from my perspective to be released, and I don't believe anyone would want a white 2010 CHP charger with a black grill as this is inaccurate. I'll upload some photos later so you can see what I am talking about.

No problem, im not a person that knows how to create textures or anything like that, but I bet creating a skin for a vehicle is a lot of work, so don't worry about it :)
