What does this visual mod aim for?, I installed it, Just Wondering

I think the new update broke Radiance V my lights look dull just like vanilla, is it outdated? or is it a problem on my end?

Anyone else have issues with this making laptop screens very bright?

if your referring to the laptop screens in police vehicle, then yes I have the same issue. What I found out, is you can change settings in the Visualsettings.XML In OpenIV. First, find your Visualsettings.xml, which, if you do not know already is located in Mods>Update>Update.rpf>Common>Data, drag the Visualsettings to your desktop and open with notepad++ or whatever application you use to open those kind of text documents, once opened, find these two lines "Car.default.day.emissive.on" and "Car.default.night.emissive.on" change "Car.default.day.emissive.on" to 350.00 and change "Car.default.night.emissive.on" to 120.00. Then save, and drag and drop back into OpenIV and it should fix that issue. 

Hey guys! So i have been having this problem for a couple of days. Basically whenever I go in game the lights on the police car are bright but they are just extremely light blue and white, when i go into settings to put post fx and reflection quality up, it doesnt ask me to restart the game when i changed the graphics settings and the lights dont change. When I restart my game myself the settings saved but the lights are still the same and havent got better! Anyone have a solution to this? Thanks

tried installing but when I try to drag and drop it to me visualsettings.dat, it doesnt do anything. visualsettings.dat is compressed but not encrypted if that matters

Is this getting an update after the new GTA Update? 

where should i put Settings.xml??

What parts of VisualSettings.dat dose it replace because i have realistic-headlights witch has replaced stuff in visualsettings.dat

At night the lights become blinding can anyone can help?

In case anymore people start wondering about these little problems occurring, just gonna remind you this mod hasn't been updated in years, Loads has changed since then its bound to be bugged or stop working for some. Worked fine for me but the lights were too bright so uninstalled. 

Can anyone suggest a way to brighten the blue reflections from the police vehicles? Just think the environment should light up more at night tbh

(Other than switching up car. default in the visual settings)

La mod influisce tanto sugli fps in gioco?

Downloading this mod with LML wont affect the mod in anyway and it will be just how it would be if you installed it manually right? I ask this because i've had some issues in the past so I want to make sure.

It is not the mod itself that affects the fps of the game as much as the graphics performance of the game needed, which it requires to function properly

my lights are still dull from a distance..but close up there perfect.
