It could be BxBugs123's RadianceV or Improved LED & Spotlight mod. Those are the only one's I know. I use a custom one that I edited simply by increasing the light values up.

No. It will not work without EVL.

Looks definitely nice. Any plan on doing the same with the other vehicles available (2010 Charger, 2012 Charger, 2008 Tahoe)?

From what I see in your preview photos, the headlights should have a colored light in the turn signal light. Mine is simply both white lights, in both models

Please do version without EVL :) it's beautiful! 

The lights look like this for me, not sure if this is a EVL problem, or something to do with your vehicle. I also put a LAPD skin on if that makes a difference.

You need to turn Post-FX to high or ultra. Also edit your visualsettings.dat

I cant remember off the top of my head. BxBugs released a mod that has the settings in. Its called RadienceV and its on GTAPoliceMods.

Try what I did: go to the graphics settings and hit restore defaults. The game will then exit out, and launch normally. Quit that and run it through RAGE. Then turn the lights on! Worked for me, hopefully this helps other people :)

Possibly if I were to get permission from the authors to do a port. Except the 2010 Charger.

can someone help me as to why my scripthook causes ragehook to crash, everything is up to date. I'm lost here.
