Installation:

Replace the "explorer_sign 1-6" inside police3.ytd with a textures from my pack (drag and drop or use the Replace button). Delete the remaining 2 LAPD liveries if you want.

I don't think I can fix it myself. It's not a texture problem, the brake light source is misplaced and it lights up the inner portion of backlights (the location of the turn signals) instead of the outer rim. But Desmond98 is aware of this problem and he will probably fix it in a future update.
