Police Bison [DEV] 1.0.0

A lot have been asking to use my Bison model in their downloads. So I have decided to release a DEV version for all to enjoy.

With the help from ns0112, this Bison has been fully remapped and should not consist of any flaws. Vehicle has all layers, L0 and L1 are mapped for the lack of disappearing skins while walking away. PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE FLAWS IN THE LAST MAPPING, A NEW TEMPLATE IS INCLUDED AND ALL OLD SKINS WILL HAVE TO BE REDONE.

IF YOU HAVE A PREVIOUS MODEL OF MINE AND WOULD LIKE TO USE IT, BECAUSE YOUR SKIN IS ALREADY COMPLETED, I DO NOT MIND YOU DOING SO. PLEASE JUST GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE.

Please feel free to Edit, Copy, Add, and Replace with this model freely without permission. As always though, Please, give credit where credit is due.
