Los Santos version of LVMPD. This replaces textures for all patrol officers, and includes instructions for the Michael, Trevor and Franklin's uniforms. Later on I might add more textures to this. Also because of how R* made the peds, all the LSPD uniforms have an oval shield+the star. They looked weird if I didn't do that.

 He's replicating the takeover of the Las Vegas Police Dept. by the local county that took control due to corruption in the Las Vegas Police. Las Vegas is now policed by the county's "metropolitan police" now instead of a separate PD

    As a Metro Explorer in the LVMPD I can safely say this is spot on, great job man! by any chance will you be uploading the LVMPD vehicle textures from the video? those were amazing.

    Save it to the character, there's a mod on gta5-mods that gives Franklin a beanie
