LSPD skin for 2014 LSPD Chevrolet Impala PPV 1.2

The LSPD logo seems to be off, you should move it up and more toward the back.

How can I download the car? I must be registered, but i don't have an account.

yep, we cant download it from that site it says we dont have premisson.

where is the els mod? this looks like a different lighting syetem? is there really gta 5 els out now?
 

i dont exactly know which of my mods this is but its a lighting mod that changes the view on the light
