when i download the files there are only textures no models

Because it's a pack of textures for the cars. That's why it's in the "vehicle textures" section...

No it doesn't. What it means is that it includes textures for those cars. It's standard practice here not to include models in texture downloads.

Textures with a new scheme for new vehicles. Regardless, LCPDFR's File Guideline says "When uploading texture submissions, do not include the model that they are made for (only a link instead), and include only the raw texture (in png, bmp, jpg, etc. format)." as you can find out here.

I have to agree, it says schemes and cars so yes, there needs to be schemes and cars so where are the cars? Also, how about adding the links to the cars you used so we can add them to the cars and try them. Make sure you edit your description the right way and also add the car links before you post something for the community to try. Don't release a post that's not clear and/or add wrong info. That's one way for your stuff to get a bad review. ALSO ADD CARS TO YOUR DOWNLOAD IF IT SAYS THEY ARE INCLUDED AND ALSO ADD THE LINKS. THX

Sorry but y are you hating so much, this is placed in the textures section of GTA V modifications plus I do not even have the authors' permissions to upload their models, so I won't do so since im not allowed to! The links have been included in the readme.txt from the start of this modification and under the "Models:" on this page! "Cars included" stands for the cars i have made textures for and doesnt need to stand for the models. I did forget to add the latest link, since it was updated just yesterday, which is the FPI's, but with little effort you could have found it yourself!

scheme stands for the scheme on the cars, not the textures, just like irl, the cars stand for the cars in game, not the models! With little effort you could have found the models in the spoiler box under models!

I completely agree with you, I would post the guidelines but somebody already has.

HOWEVER, it isn't "standard practice" as far as I can see, because all other textures I've downloaded have included the cars. is this just a vehicle addon thing? like if the vehicle isn't stock you only include textures? Because as I said, all retextures of stock vehicles include a model.
