First!

And this plugin is going to tie in with the Breathalyzer mod, right?

Absolutely! Make sure you download the updated version of Breathalyzer

Well if this is as good as your transporter mod It'll be great. I'll install it later and leave a review. Can't wait to see how this develops! Thanks for your hard work!

At the moment it probably is not as good as my transporter mod yet  Adding animations like drivers using phones costs a lot of time and work to implement in a stable manner.
If you'd like to be updated on future development, follow the forum topic.  I'm still waiting for the LSPDFR API to be updated to implement certain features, for example.

when I loaded in this mod, white blips began appearing on my map assigned to certain cars, is this a bug or am I supposed to do something with these blips? So far the mod is really awesome though! Thanks!

Those blips indicate vehicles that have an ambient event assigned to them (e.g. driver using mobile phone). You can disable them in the ini file if you wish.

Great to hear you like it!

Will it be possible to add in ambient pursuits that you can join? And maybe AI traffic stops or does the LSPDFR API not allow that yet?

As soon as the API allows this, it's on my list!

Can someone confirm if this works on Rage 0.20?

If you have RPH 20, you could. ;)

0.4: Added the option to fine a vehicle for a parking violation. Improved behaviour of peds in the callout when they're randomly assigned to an pursuit by LSPDFR (I hope they add the option to disable this in the next version). Made it more likely for a driver to be unaccompanied by a passenger in the callout. Reduced the chance of peds drawing assault rifles, increased the chance of peds drawing guns. Made the model name look more stylish.

Updated to 0.4.2, hoping to fix 0.20 problems. Please make sure to set enableAnimations to false in the ini file.

For the ambient event chances whats the highest value i can go? At default values almost every other car is doing something wrong.

Yeah I'd like to know to. I've just set a few at 4000 will that work?

There is no limit: 4000 means a 1 in 4000 chance for a vehicle to get that event.

When you disable blips you won't notice most of them though, so I recommend not going too high when you disable blips.

@Albo1125 It's possible I'm retarded, but I've yet to see someone talking on a mobile phone, so I can't justify busting anyone's balls for doing it. Is there an animation I'm missing or something? Otherwise I'm just going to disable that altogether.

It may well be difficult to spot them at first. Try turning on ambient event messages and blips and setting mobile phone with a high chance to see what it looks like.

Phone Users drive erratically and physically hold a phone in their hand.

I think this is a very good mod makes it more realistic but I think you wrecked it with the no helmet thing as now all motercycles ride around without helmets and that makes it very unrealistic and I did set to 0 and they still all ride around like retards so other than that great mod just take out motercycles as there are to many people riding around without helmets as it is without this mod
