Traffic Policer (Breathalyzer, Traffic Offences, Speed Detection & more) 6.16.0.0

Hello Albo, im trying to get LCPDFR and the mods to work , i was watching your tutorials and doing everything like shown but even tho my game runs just fine , every time i get a call from dispatch (i think , since i didnt even get to play the mod) my game hangs for a few secs like its trying to do something and then GTA5 stops responding.

I am running GTAV - 1.0.1032.1

                          RPH  - 0.52.1061.10387

        Traffic Policer - 6.13.6.3

And here is the log file

I have also used the 1.13.2.0 Troubleshooter and it reported no errors.

And I forgot to mention that im only running these 2 mods and RAGE on a vanilla install.

This isn't a issue with Albo mod, it is an issue with your game memory runnning low. Try typing "CleanWorld" then true and shift 5 times in the Ragehook console to bring the memory back into the pool. If that don't work try reducing your plugins and or modded vehicles.

is it me or am i the only one having trouble with this plugin crashing lspdfr everytime i go on duty. Have used the troubleshooter and it says no errors

Immediate freeze when going on-Duty RESOLVED

I was having problems where when I went on duty with the latest Albo plugins my scene would freeze - sound would stop, but I still could ESC to menu. The game didn't crash, just the virtual world.

In my efforts to troubleshoot, I have found that all other Albo plugins were fine, it is just TP.

I did a full vanilla reinstall GTA V (via steam) added LSPDFR and the TP mod and I get the freeze issue.  

If I load all my usual set of plugins including the latest Albo without TP then go on-duty game works as expected.

I was using the latest files found in the 6.13.6.3 download.

• Albo1125.Common.dll is 6.4.1
• RAGENativeUI.dll 1.5.1
• Traffic Policer.dll 6.13.6.3

Albo Troubleshooter didn't find errors.  Because it isn't crashing the game, there is no log file to review, so I started looking elsewhere.

I am using Windows 10, latest version and Rage 0.52.1061.10387

I wanted to run some background process debuggers, so I launched Rage with the shift key held to pull up the options.  I  enabled 'force windowed mode' and launched the game.

Now all of a sudden, when I go on-duty, I get these black Albo dialogue boxes popping up asking me if I want to make configuration changes to PoliceSmartRadio.  I had never seen these before.  Once I answered yes to all of them, the on-duty game loaded correctly.

So the freeze happens because of these PoliceSmartRadio dialogue boxes, which you don't see in full screen mode.  That is why it is not a crash.

Now that I completed the PoliceSmartRadio questionnaire, I can go back to Full-screen mode without issues and the 'freeze' is resolved.

Judging by your file, I would trim down a few plugins. You have one running that is not updated. I've never heard of "Vehicle Signal". Try removing Vehicle signal and code 3 (I love code 3 but it crashes my game) and give it a run and see what happens. A side note, callout manager uses many resources so keep that in mind also because a lot of memory being used can cause plugins to act funny and crash as well.

i removed albo traffic policer and that has stopped the crashing for now. But will give it that a go

How do you use the Traffic speed radar?

"Stop the traffic" button is not working correctly. Some cars go through, some cars stop, some cars stop in the middle not in the edge and so on. Are you going to fix this?

I think he is confusing your mods with LSPDFR close roads feature. If not then I'm stumped too as to what he is talking about.

I am having major issues with traffic mimic. Usually at start of shift it works great on the first couple traffic stops , the cars respond perfectly and immediately. But after a while when I ask them to mimic me a few different things can happen. They sit there and will not move until I pull about a block ahead and then few things happen.

1. They warp to in front of me

2. They attempt to pull up on front of me usually crashing into me or other objects. 

3. They start to do a circle or randomly drive into something behind me.

4. On occasion they speed off in a straight line and don't stop until either they crash into something or I hit stop mimic. 

I also thought ok if mimic won't work I will just use the "follow me" command. But it tells me a pulled over vehicle is not detected no matter what position I am in relation to the pulled over vehicle. So I am thinking for some reason the pulled over vehicle detection range gets out of whack or something maybe?  The vehicle still pulls over and I can interact with the offender as normal, just traffic mimic and follow is the only issues.

Does anyone experience this or have any fixes or maybe you know of known plugins that maybe conflict? I have been using traffic mimic since the beginning so I do have it installed correctly. Even have reinstalled it several times and yes I have ran Albo's trouble shooter with no errors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sound like you are using ELS. If so open the ELS ini file in your main GTA directory and make sure it says false under this "ElsTrafCtrlOn = false".

Yup I just posted an issue about cars speeding off in a straight line in pursuits and got a reply for the same thing and was just thinking they may be related thanks alot for your reply :D

Ok I just tested it with that setting. First 2 vehicles I pulled over refused to respond to mimic.

What keys are you using when you attempt to mimic and are you directly behind them after you have turned your lights to stage 3 and sounded your siren?

Yea I have been using traffic mimic for a long time and certainly know how. But I have tried using it from the max range it detects the car from behind all the way to the bumper. Traffic follow does not detect a vehicle no matter where i am in relation to the vehicle and custom pull over location works as intended. I am using the default ini for controls.

I would try removing all other plugins and script mods and run it to see if it is in fact a Traffic Policer issue. Then add eeach mod one by one and run it each time to see where the conflict is taking place.

lol It shouldn't really. Try the first step with removing all others and just run albo mods and see what happens. that will tell you if you need to proceed further. You need to know this before you can fix the issue.

Yea I'm sure it will most likely be a plugin conflict. I was just hoping someone had the issue before and knew exactly what to look at. What can take so long is it does not do it everytime. Just when I think I got it fixed it pops up again and usually in the middle of a broadcast hehe

Hey, I used your trouble shooter and looked the log files, I cant pull over cars with traffic policer, I reinstalled it, reloaded thousands of times in the game.

Would be cool if someone could help me.

It would help if you allow us to look at the log files too. Please post the Ragehook log file. Do not cut and paste the file information in the chat. Thanks.
