"Beta" skins do not exist. You take time to do a skin well the first time and then release. This skin seems quite poorly made. Looks like you used a paint brush to make the line and any font you saw "fit". Take time and focus on quality. Same goes for your "NYPD" skin. And if this is a model, where are the credits?

I have to agree with this.

It should also be in the Vehicle Textures sections and not the Vehicle Models section because you did not make the model, just the skin.

Isn't the line supposed to be in the middle? Why is it at the top? Plus the line is way too thin. Needs to be fixed.
