That colour blue really clashes with the black ....

It looks way to saturated, almost neon like. Turn down the saturation or use a darker color if you must use blue. I would use a darker color. But I agree with Curt4444 in that the blue doesn't really go with the black. I'm not trying to be mean, I know its your first release. I'm just trying to give you tips. when say menu if you mean the list of models its by using SNT (Simple Native Trainer) you can get it from a few place's if you need it i use www.gta4-mods.com or you can just google it ;o) hope that answers your question?
