Ah finally, got it. I didn't see that in the instructions so apologies....thanks guys.

With 7.1 everything went into the dlcpacks but there was nothing I saw instructing you to place the dll. and ini. file into your plugins folder. Unless THATs for 7.0 and beyond...because I took the dll and ini from 7.0 put it into the plugins folder and now it works.

7.1 comes with everything you need, so I'm not sure what happened. You can just extract the 7.1 .oiv with 7zip or Winrar and copy the .dll and .ini to your plugins folder if it didn't get placed there.

If you extract the oiv files to install everything manually, don't ask for help if something went wrong it's only for advanced users only. Use the auto-installer.

    Great Addition Alex. I am having a few issues configuring the mod. I use ModManager for everything, all mods, rpf's etc. I do read the read me's and follow as best I can, however using ModManager often requires further investigation and a few added tweaks to get functional - this is where i'm struggling.

    Downloading and installing in OpenIV with package installer is all fine. The problem is once I have unpackaged the EUP with the tactical and winter add ons, nothing is getting to my plugin folder and staying there, the main plugin folder, nor the LSPDFR sub folder within the Plugins folder.

    However the mod loads and I can use F11 to activate and all is good. I can load your skins, add, modify and then save in a trainer all ready to look the part for whatever duties follow. Trouble is after ending the game, and re-loading - no EUP - no F11 function.

    I then need to go into OpenIV and unpackage the EUP again, reload the RPF through ModManager and start the game - which is rather timely. Anything you or anyone might be able to add on a more simplistic approach - would be appreciated.

    Other than that - this is amazing and a must for all

    You have to use Skin Control to edit the default model and then save it. The base model is not intended to be used out-of-the-box.

    Can someone help me please?? I install this exactly how I am supposed to into a mods folder, and I launch the game, and I can click F11 and the menu pops up, while im off duty, and I can change my skin, but once I try to go on duty weather its ForceDuty, or actually going to a station, my game stops responding . Please help!!

    If you're using an LSPDFR plugin that requires RAGENativeUI, ensure that plugin is up to date. Using RAGENativeUI 1.3 with outdated plugins will cause problems.

    At the moment you have to use a trainer to assign a new voice. I normally use Simple Native Trainer V

    Can someone quickly explain to me how I 'save' a model to use with the EUP menu?

    Right now I use skin control to pick a skin, go to EUP and it defaults back to the plain dude with the white and blue t-shirt. I know I'm doing something wrong but I'm not sure what..

    Leave EUP menu aside for a minute, seems like you're trying to rush things up. First don't give a damn about your clothes.

    Simply edit your base face and the face shape to your likening, then add some details (don't forget the eyebrows!) choose your hairstyle etc.

    Then WITH SkinControl choose ''save'' and give it a name.

    Then open EUP clothing menu and choose a uniform (don't touch Gender ). Next time you play open skincontrol and load your premade character. Before you open EUP menu

    Who knows where peds.meta with characteristics mp player models? Or is there another way that the police did not shoot teammates if they are among the mp charaters?

    the characteristics of mp player models are lock in an .ymt file, which OpenIv doesn't support at the moment.

    Getting this every time I try to open the EUP menu. I am using Rageplguin hook .36 with GTA version 617 and I installed EUP using OIV.

    What files does the installer change exactly? 

    This is the ONLY thing that I can't install manually and the ONLY mod that breaks my game so i'm pretty annoyed >:(
