Welcome to Arrest Manager! This script modification for LSPDFR greatly enhances the way you can deal with your suspects and their vehicles. Are you tired of driving all the way to a jail to deal with a suspect? Would you like to be able to call for reliable prisoner transport units at any time? Arrest Manager provides this, and more. In short, a complete overhaul to the way you can deal with your prisoners!

Requirements - some of these are included (credits go to their appropriate authors):

  • LSPDFR 0.4.2 (not included)
  • Albo1125.Common 6.6.3.0 or higher (included)
  • RAGENativeUI 1.6.3.0 or higher (included)
  • RAGEPluginHook 0.51 or higher (not included)
  • A legal copy of GTA V (versions 1.0.1011.1 or higher1).

 

Installation instructions and further feature documentation are included with the download.

Fixed an issue with jail dropoffs - some LSPDFR jail dropoffs now conflict, but I have kept in Arrest manager's as they offer more functionality and work on suspects arrested through the "Arrest" option on the ctrl H menu.
You can adjust the LSPDFR jail points in the LSPDFR/data/stations.xml file, just remove the <DropOffPosition> tags.
Updated for the new LSPDFR+ 1.7 API (thanks Syzygy94 for the contributions)
Updated RAGENativeUI calls to non deprecated ones.

Albo, enjoying the plugin.. Was wondering in a future update if you wouldn't mind adding in transport for multiple suspects. If that is even possible.. Had a callout today that I arrested 3 suspects and I had to call transport 3 times.. If not possible no worries, just was wondering.

It's already possible, not sure if it's in 1.1 though.

oh okay..yeah I looked up top looked at the changelog for 1.1 and 1.5.. I didn't see anything saying ability to transport multiple suspects in either ... unless its on the readme

... I don't think I can use 1.1 anyways since I'm on RPHv22..

nevermind I see it on the readme file.. Just need to get them closer to each other to transport more than 1.. sorry :smile:

Albo, don't kill me man :thumbsup:.. I really wanted to refrain from bothering you as much as possible, but was wondering if there was a way to speed up the transport response timer, maybe in the ini file.. Meaning I will call for transport and I will see the van pop up and it just sits in 1 spot for several minutes before it just magically pops up in front of me. Unless when I see the van it's not actually in front of me and it's just some graphical bug.. idk mainly since the most recent update. Prior to 1.5 it showed up very quickly.. not even sure if anyone else is experiencing this or not..

What are your PC specs?

I recommend updating to RPH 0.22 for increased performance and stability.

the pc : Intel Core i7 4710HQ 2.5 Ghz, RAM 8 GB, Hard-Disk SSHD 1 TB, NVIDIA Geforce GTX 860M 2 GB, Windows 8.1.

I want to update rph but i don't know which files need to be updated: when i download the last version of lcpdfr ( that is lcpdfr02b ) it has inside the 0.20 version of rph. and i don't know how can i update it? should i replace only rph .exe file?

I have just thought about something and wondered how you would feel about it. What do you think of adding some extra drop off locations at a few hospitals?

It's mostly because during various callouts we have to deal with people who most likely do not belong to jail, for instance these people who seem mentally ill (the bogus calls from Code 3 Callouts), the drunk guys from various callouts who seem to be a danger only to themselves or the suicide attempts from Wilderness Callouts. I think it would be cool if we could leave them at one of the various hospitals in LS.

Heck, if one of the modders working on some callouts watches this, one nice callout could be to transport a seriously wounded person at an hospital in a given time frame.

Great, I hope you can work this one. Will be awesome the day we can 'arrest' people without cuffing them, it will really feel like transporting people where they actually belong to :smile:

There seems to be an issue when I use this mod and LSPDFR. When I try to arrest a ped, LSPDFR crashes. I reload LSPDFR and again when I arrest a ped, it crashes. I have LSPDFR 0.2b, then I went to the ragehook website and downloade ver .22 and replaced all files in GTA V with the .22 updated files and then I downloaded More Jail Points and Prisoner Transporter 2.0 Stable version, placed it in the right folders. It loads fine, but if I attempt to arrest someone, LSPDFR crashes... Log below.

You seem to be on lspdfr 0.2a, maybe you didn't install 0.2b correctly. Try again. 

There seems to be an issue when I use this mod and LSPDFR. When I try to arrest a ped, LSPDFR crashes. I reload LSPDFR and again when I arrest a ped, it crashes. I have LSPDFR 0.2b, then I went to the ragehook website and downloade ver .22 and replaced all files in GTA V with the .22 updated files and then I downloaded More Jail Points and Prisoner Transporter 2.0 Stable version, placed it in the right folders. It loads fine, but if I attempt to arrest someone, LSPDFR crashes... Log below.

You seem to be on lspdfr 0.2a, maybe you didn't install 0.2b correctly. Try again. 

Can you tell me if I'm installing it right? I downloaded the later LSPDFR which is 2b. I drag and drop all files in my GTA V directory. I then go to the ragepluginhook website and download .22, open the archive up and drag and drop the files into GTA V directory overwriting all files from lspdfr2b archive.

Ok well I downloaded and tried both files of the LSPDFR download and I'm still crashing. I check the log and it still says I'm using 0.2a even though I have removed LSPFR completely and installed the new 0.2b ... Idk what the problem is.

How did you remove it? Did you physically delete all the LSPDFR files or did you just overwrite existing files? Sometimes just overwriting the files doesn't work and you have to first remove all the old files before you install the new one's.. This isn't the case for everyone though.. Sometimes overwriting works.. in my case it worked just by overwriting existing files.

Don't know what impact this may or may not have on plugins and callouts.

So far other modders and some comments have indicated everything is working fine despite the RageHook Update, but I like to give a friendly heads up just in case a sudden bombardment of support requests come in.. You know how it is when lspdfr or Ragehook is updated issues have surfaced.. Hopefully this won't be the case.. I for one am just going to hold off updating my ragehook for a few days just to be sure. So let's hope for the best.. I have some crime fighting to do
