vehshare.ytd is not in the Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

but in the x64e.rpf\level\gta5\vehicles.rpf and the texture need to be .dds not .png...

You can edit the textures thru the .ytd files, so that is why I use png. And I will update the install instructions, included the wrong ones. xD

anyway i just open .png and save in .dds but your instruction file its wrong lol

There is it's own way to install the .png files.  First navigate to: x64e.rpf\level\gta5\vehicles.rpf then go to vehshare.ytd, put on the Editing mode, then double click the vehshare.ytd and find police_new2, click it once, then click replace.

I like the prisoner transport but the rest look unfinished and rushed in my opinion.
