Good work but as Kirigaya said the lightbar seems to be floating in mid air a little bit. The livery could be better also

The Valor is definitely by EVI. Dingo may have sent you it, but its not his. Its EVI's. Your part of the reason why EVI "took down" his Sheriff Ped.

Well here's a few things to address. (Not to be rude or anything)

1.) This is not EVI's valor. (The valor does not seem high quality enough to be his)

The els mapping makes it look different, other than that it's exactly the same

That ^^^^^^^ the model used is by EVI, although the ELS mapping (which was probably done by M67v (hence the edits he did) is completely different and is a bit "screwed up".

Another thing you have to realize is that when you see EVI's Valor most of the time, it isn't fully converted and ready for IV. Most edits are done by the people who use it because it is not given out by EVI with ELS mapped.

EVI already took something down because people didn't credit him, it's something someone made and they should be properly credited.
