Welcome to the Dispatch and Civilian Reporting System.

This program connects Dispatchers to their units and community. It is more than a basic CAD. It also features a Civilian Reporting system to allow civilian to report crimes.

The DCRS is still in it's early stages so please leave constructive criticism and suggestions.
