-Before installing, make sure you BACKUP your "vehicles.img" located

"Grand Theft Auto IVGTAIVpcmodelscdimages"

- Take your ".wtf" and ".wtd" to replace the car that you want, then drag and drop it into the OpenIV.

- Finally go to "File" on the top of OpenIV, and "Rebuild" (Shift + Ctrl + R).

How about you make the pink one a bit lighter pink color & make it a Breast cancer awareness unmarked CVPI?
Also maybe a optional file that does not include the pink livery? Because, imo, I don't really like it that much :p

its nice, all you really need is side lighting for 360 coverage. Most states require an emergency vehicle to be 360 covered. And the side mirrors dont count as 360 degree
