Gang Realism Overhaul is a dynamic world enhancement mod for Grand Theft Auto V designed to make Los Santos feel more alive, dangerous, and immersive during patrol gameplay.

This mod introduces realistic gang activity across the city including active gang territories, roaming gang vehicles, ambient gang behavior, and hostile reactions toward police presence. Families, Ballas, and Vagos members can now be seen naturally occupying their neighborhoods, driving through their territory, gathering on streets, and reacting dynamically to nearby law enforcement.

Gang members may watch officers closely, yell insults, act aggressively, or escalate situations depending on the encounter. Roaming gang vehicles cruise through neighborhoods with customized styling that matches their faction, helping create a more believable street atmosphere while patrolling with LSPDFR.

Gang Realism Overhaul was built to improve immersion without overcomplicating gameplay, staying lightweight and performance friendly while dramatically increasing street activity throughout Los Santos and Blaine County.

We are currently experiencing problems with gang members glitches and spawning out of now where anywhere on the map, im trying to fix it as soon as possible, a new version will be released when the fix it done.

I'm not really sure if it works, because I don't notice any difference when I'm on patrol at the Grove and Ballas hotspots, whether I'm forcing a shooting, stand near them, listen to the things they say or call code 3 backup for testing their reaction.

The only thing I've noticed is that some vanilla cars driven by gang members have underbody lighting that matches their gang's color, but I'm not sure if that's because of your mod.

Kind of, their a little more on edge towards LEO, and yes the under glowed cars and colored cars are apart of the script, new updates expected to be released soon

Future updates will expand the gang system with more factions like Lost MC and Marabunta Grande, along with improved AI behaviors and interactions.

I’m also working on a separate expanded version on my website, which will include additional gang support and a full overhaul of the system for a small price, while keeping the base version updated as well.

They don’t instantly start shooting like vanilla GTA gangs. The behavior is more dynamic and situational, meaning their reactions depend on context instead of a fixed hostile state.

What are the changes inside the new 1.1.0 Version, because i dont see any changelogs?

Easy fix: Got to your ScriptHookVDotNet.ini -> Look for setting called "WarnOfDeprecatedScriptsWithTicker=true" -> change from true to false -> save! Those warning messages don't mean anything.

I really like this mod. I know it's not for SP, but I also used it for SP and it made the environment livelier at those places. Sadly, it crashes when I play missions, but no worries! Thank you so much!
