EUP/FPIU 2020 Skin East Providence Police Based (Rhode Island) 2.0.0

As of January 16th this pack is now completed, if there's any errors please just lmk and I'll update them to addressed it.

(Highly anyone is gonna request this but I'm gonna put this out there anyways, if you want me to create a Crown Vic Traffic Control/ East Providence Based FPIU 14 skins, then I'll make it)

As seen on live PD back in 2019, I made a East Providence Based EUP for Los Santos! (I tried my best to get it accurate as best I could)

(I should honestly do it for Mission Row PD since on the east side but Los Santos will do)

Cranston PD-(Highly Likely)

Rhode Island State Police Highway Patrol-(Depends since it's a 50/50)

(I'm not charging any money for the stuff I release because I'm not that type of girl, I do it for free just because mainly for the community and for any fellow new Rhode Islanders!
