Major Plugin Update Released - v3.0.0 - 09/13/2026

Requirements
Requires RagePluginHook, LSPDFR 0.4.9+ and ELS-V. Compatible with UltimateBackup, StopThePed, GrammarPolice, etc.

This plugin works with all emergency vehicle slot vehicles, including the EMS and Fire.

Recommendation Strongly Suggested - To ensure the plugin works as designed
Ensure all units with VCF files within your ELS pack default folder, have the same type of lighting patterns set or this plugin will not work. Yes, that means you'll need to manually set each VCF file to the same pattern. Don't forget to ensure that <OutOfVeh Enabled="false" Pattern="0" /> is set to FALSE for each VCF file, or again, this plugin will have no affect on those units if set to TRUE.
Installation Instructions
1. Download the zip file
2. Extract the zip file.
3. Place 2 files in GTAV Root > plugins > LSPDFR
4. Launch your game. When you go on duty, the plugin will automatically load.
NOTE - EDIT THE ELSLightSync.ini file to your preferences.
NOTE - The additional folder with the ELS.ini file is to be dropped in the main GTAV directory. This is only cosmetic changes for the corona distance LOD's. It's not required at all and only optional.
You may not distribute, post, or attempt to edit this file in any way. Currently, I only have this plugin posted here. If you would like this posted elsewhere, please reach out to me.
Other Notes
Siren sync has been removed from this version.
Both your vehicle and the units need a VCF in your active ELS pack.
Plugin is not rated for non-ELS vehicles at this time.
Units follow you on stage 3 lighting only. Due to limitations within the LSPDFR eco-system, ELS always runs AI units on their stage-3 presets and does not allow that to be changed; when you switch to stage 1 or 2, units stay on stage 3 (still in step with each other) and re-sync to you when you return to stage 3.

Performance: no more scanning every emergency vehicle every frame. The scene is scanned once a second; per-frame work is a handful of reads on tracked units only.
