its only your second car so I'll be nice but the skin you should have been able to see was far from complete. Colors bleed into sections they shouldn't and its pretty obvious you made it with paint. Which is alright I guess but you really can't do what you need to do with paint, which is why Photoshop or a similar program is best for skins. The LCPD logo is way to big and the "POLICE" on the side should be angled with the car a little. As for the car, the lightbar should be back further, the middle of the lightbar at the point where the front and rear doors meet. Reference real life pictures for placement. I'm just going off the pictures you provided but it looks like the lightbar should be rotated a little to the front to follow with the roof line and it also seems like its "inside" the top of the roof. So it should probably be moved up a little so the feet rest on the roof, scale/rotate/move repeat to get desired placement and size. Same for the traffic advisor, to me it should be placed more towards the rear of the car and be a little bigger. This is just my feedback to try and help you with a future version or a future vehicle, please don't take it as a personal attack or anything like that.
