Installation:

Put the police.wft and police.wtd into your vehicles.img

Credits:

- Chevrolet Caprice by Pumbars, converted and modified for GTA IV by Den[KEIF], modified into marked police version by Cj24.

- Wheels by BlackAce.

- Vision light bar made by Schaefft and modified to its current form by Lt.Caine, modified to ELS-H Vector by Cj24.

- Liveries by Jordyy.

Where is the vehicle.img folder?
It's no folder, it's an archive. You need SparkIV or OpenIV to open it. It's located in pc/models/cdimages.
