This skin is based off of the police charger in New Providence, NJ. This looks a lot better with higher graphics, but I don't use higher graphics because it crashes my game. *Note that I do not own the model used in the screenshots. Use a license plate next time, there are old threads around here and other sites with pages of license plates made up for this purpose alone. If you can't find them, PM me and I'll send ya what I have
