To use these liveries YOU MUST have Scorpionfam's [ELS][Addon/Replace][NON/Reflective] San Andreas Highway Patrol Pack 1.0.6.

 

PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCITONS IN THE README.TXT THAT IS PROVIDED IN THE DOWNLOAD!

 

I know there are some minor tweaks that I will need to address eventually, but I got tired and wanted to finish the liveries for personal use and decided to release to the public because, why not lol
