Turns the modkit liveries into regular liveries (now Ultimate Backup can use 'em, yay!), comes equipped by default with some of the mods available to the original vehicles

 

INSTALLATION
=============================================================================
Use OPENIV
Drag skye_bottomdol to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Add line "<Item>dlcpacks:/skye_bottomdol/</Item>" to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

NOTE: i have configured the vehicles to be addons instead of replace vehicles, to avoid the headache.
their new model designations are as follows:

I'd be nice if we also had livery conversions for the Money Fronts police bike, as well as Agents of Sabotage and A Safehouse in the Hills emergency vehicles. It's a pitty that UB doesn't support modkit liveries after all this time.
