[Non-ELS/DLSv2] 2011 California Highway Patrol CVPI [Add-On/FiveM] 2.1

Important: You will need the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster if you are going to use this model. Some lights will not work unless you have it.

Here's the long awaited 2.0 update for my 2011 CHP CVPI models. This was the biggest update for any of my CHP models and a lot has changed from the previous version, including DLS support.

There are CHP and SAHP livery options to choose from, as well as optional CHP/SAHP Volunteer liveries. The standard CHP textures are already in the FiveM and Add-On files.

All paint colors besides the primary color (Secondary, Wheel, Dash, Trim) will change different parts of the car. This is so you can do different combinations of white equipment with the Polar Bear liveries. The paint will change the mirror beams, rambar, grille, and rear trim. The white bumper raiders are also intended for the Polar Bear liveries.

- Fixed the Raider textures looking green (this affected more than just the Raiders, some parts use the texture from it)

Base Model
- Fixed an issue with missing polys in the trunk

Options
- Discontinued 20 Siren and "All in one" versions
- Made the grille, mirror beams, rear trim, rambar, and raider housing paint options

Lighting
- Added DLS support
- Improved emissives for all lighting
- Remade the lightbar setup to fix a variety of issues such as the straps holding the doors shut and the side of the lightbar being inaccurate
- Fixed mirror beam light dummies not being properly angled with the lights
- Remade the raider setup for the rambar and bumper versions
- Fixed 500 Series Stick material order issues
- Updated the 500 Series Stick Materials and Mounts

Equipment
- Updated the rambar to a new model
- Added the power connector to the rambar
- Changed the rear radar antenna to the left side and pushed it further back
- Updated the gun rack to a new model
- Added the Watchguard dashcam system
- Changed the length of antennas
- Fixed L1 LODs for some antennas
- Added trunk equipment
- Fixed the US Flag stickers not disappearing when the windows were broken
- Updated siren controller materials
- Moved the keyboard mount over to the side a bit and increased the height

Misc
- Added Volunteer livery options
- Added window tint

- Fixed an issue with the drivers window being duplicated on all models, causing it to never roll down

- Changed the handling from the custom handling back to the regular "POLICE" handling due to issues with it not working

I tested the DLC just before release and I tried it again right now with the file from the download, I'm not having any issues with the DLC

I have an update coming soon with other changes, so I'll change out the DLC info files for new ones with that update just in case there's a confliction

The next CHP project I have planned is the 2015 FPIU and I'm making one non-CHP car before that, I might do a Tahoe after the FPIUs

This may be if you don't have any valid handling line being used, a similar thing happened during testing. There's an update I'm uploading soon to fix a vehicles.meta issue, so maybe just try again with those files

I already plan on doing the 2020 FPIU at some point

Right now I already have progress on a CHP 2004 CVPI Slicktop and the CHP 2015 FPIU. After that, I'm probably going to start either a 2020 FPIU or the Tahoe

My releases before the FPIU, including the CVPIs, all need model updates first before I can do DLS. I plan on doing these updates over time while still working on new CHP projects

You may need to change the engine sounds to hear the siren, go the the vehicles.meta and change <audioNameHash>TORNADO</audioNameHash> to <audioNameHash>POLICE</audioNameHash> or any other police car model that has a siren.

Hi. When I turn on the lightbar, I don't have the sound of the sirens themselves. Of course, I can assume that the problem is that I don't use DLS, because most of my vehicles only support ELS. Is there any way to fix this except by installing a DLS?

You can change the engine sound to a default GTA police car sound to fix this. For a CVPI, “POLICE” should be fine

It's by design, models 4-6 are identical to 1-3 but with black center caps. CHP had some cars with black center caps

They're both planned, the durango probably won't be soon but the 2020 FPIU is the next new car planned
