    Go to GTA5Mods.com and there is a file called Addon Creator. It creates a DLC pack that you just need to name. Then place all the vehicle files such as metas in it. You can also use the file on this site named Non ELS to ELS. All you do is rename the XML file to your vehicle’s name and place it into the ELS folder. They want to have it turned into a addon as well

    I used the PSD template and made the vest the color I wanted, but the vest accessories like the radio holder and mag holder stayed black. They do not match the color I gave the vest, and I was wondering if there is a way to change their color too, either using a different PSD or another method

    So, I used the add-on creator and placed everything where it’s supposed to go. It works with other vehicles, but when I try to spawn this specific vehicle or any of your unmarked civilian vehicles, the game just crashes when I try to spawn them
