10/10. Just one thing. I notice that the reverse lights dont flash, they flash at the same time.(linked video below shows what I mean) You also wouldnt happen to be able to make a 20 FPIU? And idk how exactly lighting works but I do know that the steady burns flicker every 15 seconds or so on the IRL cars. Im not sure if its something thats possible to do with them. But other than that amazing job!

Hey there! I had some trouble getting the reverse lights to flash, so I left them out for now. As for the 20 FPIU, it's a possibility but as I'm doing this for free and on my personal time, it's gonna be a little bit before I release more cars for it. I do know about the steadies, but ELS doesn't have a light setting for it, so it's not something I'm able to do at the moment.

Is there a template for the vehicle?

has anyone else had issues getting these vehicles to initiate traffic stops? 
I have been away for some years, but i have checked the configs as best as i remember, but still for whatever reason they will not initiate a traffic stop.

no I have not, make sure your lspdfr/stop the ped are set up properly

Sorry for the late response, as I was out on vacation to CA. Check your configs as stated above, and make sure your data files weren't modified to no longer include the emergency vehicle tag, should be in the carvariations but I'm also pretty tired and could be wrong.

I had a look at my configs and els settings, i was able to get all but 1 working. 
and that would be "cspdurum". The configs look good to me, and i tried changing siren settings, vehicle class, and added the emergency flag,in addition to the law_enforcement flag but it didnt seem to make any change.

In addition, I reinstalled the pack from scratch, unloaded the LSPDFR plugin and tried just driving around code 3. Again in all cars but the 1, AI seemed to react to the lights, but cspdurum they did not respond to. This rules out a potential LSPDFR or STP config issue. 

It seems to me the game is just not detecting it as an emergency vehicle for whatever reason. Unfortunately i have no idea what logs to even check for clues. 
My next step is to try pulling out sirensetting limit adjuster just to see what it does, but i have my doubts. If you have any ideas it would certainly be appreciated!

Limit adjuster shouldn't be the issue. I don't believe any logs would pick it up, either. Give me a few days and I'll rummage through the files to see if I can find out why that's happening, since it's the first time I've seen anyone run into this issue, and didn't run into it in my testing.

Don't know if you have looked at this issue since these comments. I ran into a similar issue when using the prowler radar and it creating "blips". After reading all of the historical comments here...did anyone look at the ELS vcf? The default light stage should be looked at as well.
