Add the files loadouts.meta & weapons.meta to the respective locations (as explained in the .zip folder):

GrandTheftAutoV/mods/common.rpf/data/ai
GrandTheftAutoV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ai.

Works like a charm on the vanilla stungun model as well. Just wanted to also "thanks" for providing the edits you did separately, as a lot of people here (myself included) have custom edited metas.
